Information we collect
When you choose to contact NHANC through the website form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, work email address, country, inquiry type, and message, plus an optional budget range and optional target timeline. We also record your explicit consent to this notice when you use the privacy consent checkbox.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond through the appropriate channel, and maintain a record of the conversation where needed. You give consent by checking the privacy consent checkbox and then submitting the form. Submission sends the inquiry only after that control has been checked.
Processors
Formspree processes website form submissions on NHANC’s behalf. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, referrals, broad geography, and performance. It does not receive inquiry content. Each processor handles information only as needed to provide its service and under its own applicable privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a concern. We then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To make a request or ask a privacy question, use thecontact form.
